Back to Work

Well, I can report that nothing much changes at work in just over a week ... except my ability to concentrate ;) Definitely struggled to get out of the holiday mode and back into the swing of things work-wise today ... but I'm sad to report that the transition is complete and I doubt (since this wasn't the relaxing week away that Zanzibar was) holiday-mode will be around again till December.

It's funny how surprised some people were to see me. I even had one person comment that it felt like I was only gone for a week. Erm, but I was only gone for a week I replied ;) I guess people expect when they hear you're off to Canada, that surely it can't be for such a short time. The way I've been explain it is: Some years you have 3-week long holidays and some years you have 3 week-long holidays ;) (obviously no link for the week we'll be spending in Cape Town in December tho, but you get the idea!)

So, after that very short post (since not much really happened between yesterday and today) ... I'm back to preparing my holiday posts for the week ahead. It takes ages trying to find the links, re-size the photos ... never mind actually trying to pick the photos to use!
